I frequently get asked about what I do in the gym, so here you have it. Enjoy this one as it left me with a crushed upper back and chest.

Here’s what I did today:

Circuit 1-

Dips- 4×5

Pistols- 4×5 (each leg)

Deadlifts- 4×7 at 135

Circuit 2-

Complete 4 Rounds, not timed:

One Arm DB Snatches- 7 each arm- from the deck

Push-ups-14

Bulgarian Split Squats- 7 each leg

Bridges- 14

Circuit 3-

Ab Wheel Roll-outs- 20 total
